A Joint venture established in 2004 between PAN-GULF Group and Aker Kvaerner , process an Aker Kvaerner business unit ,who has been a prominent player in the engineering and construction market in Saudi Arabia for several decades through its subsidiaries John Brown SA and Saudi Davy Company Ltd.
AK Gulf will focus on projects in the petrochemical sector, for which Aker Kvaerner Process hold key processes technology positions for such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, EO/EG, Acetic Acid and its derivatives, PTA, BDO and Methanol.
In addition, AKGulf will serve as the portal for its Saudi Arabian customers to all Aker Kvaerner's business activities, which are related to Oil and Gas Offshore and onshore Industry, Gas Processing Industry, Petrochemical Industry as well as Metals and Mining, Pharmaceutical, Pulp and Paper industry. |
